Cohort Highlights:
- Programming throughout undergraduate education to support students’ personal, physical, mental, and professional development with an emphasis on student success, encouragement of on-campus employment, and focus on affiliations with student-led clubs and organizations
- Scholars are assigned both peer and professional mentors and attend an opening workshop, monthly meetings with their mentors as a cohort, and a meal with the president and other senior leaders at the University
- Senior LPW scholars serve as peer mentors for first-year students
